- I will only accept three stables at first, including my own. As our site grows, I will accept more in the order they applied.
- All stables have a maximum of seventy-five horses in total. Even this is pushing it.
- Keep all of your racehorses active, but if I see that you are over-racing them they will be forced into retirement at stud/brood.
- Under the category of Anything else? in the joining form, put the three words Nobiz Like Shobiz.
- If you apply for a racing farm, you may still hold studs and broods there. Make sure you have a seperate part of your estate for the pregnant mares, away from the hubbub of your farm.
- No two stables may have the same racing colors. No exceptions.
